MelissaJaneMartinText = "Melissa Jane Martin, born and bred in Ohio with her seven siblings, landed her first professional job after moving East on board the S/S Scandinavian Sea. Since that time she has done summer stock, regional theatre, dinner theatre, industrials, cabarets, staged readings, murder mysteries, independent films and the like, taking her all over the country and the world. Her favorite roles include Liza in LADY IN THE DARK, Cora in ANYONE CAN WHISTLE, Patty Andrews in APPLE BLOSSOM TIME, Woman 2 in PARALLEL LIVES: THE KATHY AND MO SHOW and Claire in FUDDY MEERS (as well as her longest running role as \"Aunt Missy\" to her 25 nieces and nephews!). She was honored to christen the Dreamcatcher stage with Jason Alexander at the Gala Benefit Celebration in October of 1999, and to appear in their productions of THE WORLD GOES 'ROUND and LOVE, HATE, FRIENDSHIP, MARRIAGE.
